We make many efforts to keep our energy use as low as possible. Barstow’s Dairy Store and Bakery was built with many features that help it to be energy efficient and environmentally friendly in an effort to reduce our carbon footprint.
Barstow’s Dairy has super insulated extra thick walls, eighteen inch thick insulation in the attic, and energy efficient windows. All of which help to keep our energy use down, by keeping the heat in over the winter, and keeping the cool air in over the summer.
