DESCRIPTION:Pasture Day is a farm favorite! \nAfter inspecting and repairing fence\, the farmers are ready to let the girls out of the barn and into the field. Spring is here! And with winter months in the barn behind them\, the cows will be prancing their way into the green green grass! \nThis event is not to be missed! \nGrab some lunch and some ice cream – and a spot near the pasture! The cows are released at 1:00pm! *New this year: we are NOT using the front pasture\, we are using the pasture to the north of Barstow’s Dairy Store and Bakery across Barstow Lane. Electric fence will be ON.*\nWe’ll be offering free walking farm tours at 11:30am and 1:30pm. Please note we will not accommodate late arrivals! Wear shoes that can get muddy. The walking tour is about 1/4 mile and involves hills\, uneven terrain\, and weather. \nLive music on the porch by Old Country Road\, 11am-1pm. \nThis is a free\, family friendly event at your local dairy farm! Hope to see you there!\nIn an effort to minimize wait times\, we will be offering\, 11am-2pm on Pasture Day\, ice cream at our drive thru window (walk-up of course\, drive thru will be closed to cars)\, and a limited menu inside. The pasture that we will use for Pasture Day allows the cows to head back to the barn when they want for some shade and cover.
